History: Born with two brothers, Ghaul has seen his fair share of battles. The legendary golden city of his youth, El Dorado, was under a state of imminent attack at all times. His childhood has hardened him, and given him incredible powers and skills to protect the ones he loved. Unfortunately, his abilities were vastly insufficient to deal with the onslaught of a powerful army that plagued their old home. Resistance seemed hopeless. His brother Ginta saw this and pleaded to the Darkside Army to halt their attack if he were to join them. Reluctantly, Ghaul had to do likewise. They have always looked back.
"I, uh, I'm not much of a talker but, the life we lead, my brother and I, it isn't one I would have chosen willingly. I always thought we would stay there forever, in El Dorado. I, I always thought it would last...it was so perfect, time there seemed to stand still. I never imagined we would be a part of the Organization that tried to take all of that away from us. Still, Ginta had his mind set on this, it's impossible to convince him other wise. I uh, just try to keep him safe."
Ghaul had always been a reliable member of the Darkside. His knack for all things mechanical and usefulness on the battlefield made him a very valuable piece. Ghaul, gladly accepted the position as General that was turned down by his brother. He rose up to the occasion like no other, being easy capable of the responsibility and the arduous work.
Personality: Quiet, very quiet. Only his close friends would be able to tell more about him. Ghaul tends to keep his thoughts to himself most of the time and is very serious and reserved. He is calm, cool, and collected. Very few things ever make him angry, unless something has happened to his brother Ginta. Ghaul has a very protective nature, especially towards Ginta. He will go to great lengths to ensure his safety, due to their rough upbringing. Despite Ghaul's stern exterior he possesses a heart of gold and wisdom beyond his age. Any one who gets the chance to actually talk to him will find Ghaul has a calming and enjoyable presence. Ghaul is always willing to aid someone without discrimination and can see the good in all: and unusual characteristic for a Darksider Likes: reading, quiet moments, nature, birds, drawing birds, creativity, strategy games, soup and his brother. Dislikes: untidiness, slipshod work, obnoxious people (save for Ginta), and untrustworthy people.
Powers/Abilities: Although Ghaul much prefers to settle a fight with his massive fists, he does utilize his other attributes quite often. Ghaul loves birds and has the ability to summon a variety of them onto the battlefield. He can bring out anything from attack-based falcons, to tactical hummingbirds! He is also skilled in machinery and will fashion explosives and other gadgets to give him an edge while fighting. When all else fails, Ghaul has his brute strength to aid him.
