Gender: Male

Appearance: Keiran wears somewhat tribal clothing, and has distinctive, tribal tattoos up and down both arms and across his face; his shoulder-length hair is metallic silver in color, and his eyes are two different colors (one blue, one gold).

Keyblade: Wolf's Reign
-Appearance: A silver keyblade, with a pack of wolves swarming up the shaft, and a howling wolf's head as the 'teeth'; the guard is a single silver feather, and the keychain is a wolf's head.

History: Keiran is a Keyblade wielder from the dark realm, specifically a world where the spirit has influence over the mind. His world was lost in a battle; he helps the light army so he can restore his world when Kingdom Hearts is saved. Unfortunately, Keiran is unsure if there are any other survivors from its destruction.

It was Gale (see below) who helped Keiran escape the destruction of his world, urging Keiran to leave, though how exactly he managed it, even he doesn't know. When Keiran refused, Gale took possession of his body and fled, bringing the both of them to safety in what they both eventually learned was Twilight Town. During that time, Keiran first realized that he owned a Keyblade, though he didn't understand what it was or what it meant, and came into first contact with all three Armies in the struggle. Despite the Realm that he was born in, he decided to help the Lightside army - they fought for honor, and against all of the forces that had destroyed his world.

Yen Sid, the patron of the Light army, accepted his offer and took him in. Setting one of the other 'soldiers' to train him, Keiran's innate skill with a blade allowed him to master fighting with his new weapon quickly. Since then, he's been a loyal member of the Lightside Army, but he doesn't feel quite at home there - he still gets strange looks from those who distrust him for his origins, and deliberately puts distance between himself and his fellows. He has, however, struck up a unique friendship between himself and Natas, the leader of the Lightsiders, despite the gaps that exist in their worldviews.

Special Powers or Attributes: Keiran is bonded to the spirit of a wolf ('Gale'), and has been since birth, just like everyone on his world was before its destruction. He can call on the spirit to transform himself into its form, or use its eyes and ears as his own; however, it can also take over his body as well. They work as a symbiotic pair.

Appearance: Gale, when he appears to anyone other than Keiran, appears as a blue-white and silver wolf with piercing eyes, though he usually keeps himself invisible to most people. At full size, his head rises just above Keiran's waist, and standing on his hind legs, he is actually taller than Keiran. He's built on a slender frame, obviously evolved for speed rather than power. When he wishes to make his presence known, but not completely visible, he takes on the form of an unnatural mist, usually coalescing around Keiran's legs, making it appear that Keiran is the one creating the fog.

History: As Keiran's bonded spirit, Gale grew up with him in the village, taking on the role of his protector and guardian, learning mastery of his innate abilities from his father, Storm, and becoming an integrated member of the community. Alongside Keiran, he learned to hunt, to fight, and to share his powers with the human who formed the other half of his soul.

Gale has never told his human partner, but their bond is special, even among their people where the bond itself is a part of everyday life. The two were born on the same day, bonded at birth for both of them. Usually, the spirit is older at least by a few days, and unlike their human counterparts, many spirits never bond with a human. Gale's father, Storm, was bonded to Keiran's father, Aron of Wind, a mysterious and legendary hero. Their close relationship - indeed, one could call them brothers because of that - has created an incredibly strong bond, a closeness that allowed them quicker, almost instinctive mastery of many things that joined souls usually need much practice to achieve.

On the fateful night when Age's Rest was razed by the Dark Army, Gale was the reason that the pair made it out alive. Keiran, enraged by the attack and scared for his father's life, refused to retreat from the battlefield along the path Aron had given him. Taking their lives into his paws, Gale took complete control of Keiran's body, subjugating the human's spirit and escaping into Twilight Town. Interestingly enough, Keiran has no memory of the route Gale used to take them there, or of his father's instructions on how to leave.

From there, Gale followed Keiran faithfully and fatefully into service with the Lightside Army, where he remains ever since.

Special Powers or Attributes: Gale has several interesting abilities, mostly dealing with manipulation of air and the wind (which Keiran shares). He does, however, have a few abilities outside that scope. First, he can become completely invisible and intangible to anyone who isn't Keiran, and also transform into a fine, unnatural mist; when in either state, he can't walk through walls, though he can enter crevasses or incredibly small spaces like an actual fog. Keiran can call upon the invisibility, though the nature of solid matter means that he can't use the intangibility part.

As a wolf, Gale has incredibly sharp senses, and his telepathic link with Keiran means he is able to share either thesenses themselves, or what he sees and hears and smells, with Keiran, making him invaluable for reconnaissance. He can also pass on some of his strength and vitality, allowing Keiran to heal more quickly, endure more pain/fatigue, and become stronger than a normal human could. Gale can also borrow some of Keiran's abilities and powers, though usually, that isn't as useful, since on his own, Keiran is a normal human being.

The one place where this is useful, however, is that Gale can speak human language; mostly telepathically, it's not something he does often, preferring to communicate in the manner of wolves, a method of communication that he and Keiran comprehend just fine, and which Keiran will readily translate for any human who needs to know.

Gale can also take possession of Keiran's body, just like Keiran can borrow Gale's body if he should need the combat capabilities of a wolf. Though rarely done, and almost always with Keiran's permission, he can do it without consent, as he did when the two of them escaped from Age's Rest.
